October 2004 - Version 3.0 Released
Version 3.0 of the CHAProjects project collaboration website has been officially released. Current clients are scheduling migrations to the new version at their convenience and new clients will receive version 3.0 at initial install. Thank you to everyone who contributed, the updated version contains all of the features of the previous version as well as numerous upgrades, including:
- User friendly navigation
- Milestone category references
- Upgraded security on folders
- User and Group based permissions
- Upgraded subscription notification system
June 2003 - Version 3.0 Underway
Work has officially begun on Version 3.0 of the CHAProjects project collaboration website. We welcome any suggestions for new features and look forward to working with our customers to make this the best version yet.
November 2002 - New Website Unveiled
CHAprojects.com gets a new look, comprehensive application information and additional project management resources are made available.
March 2002 - Version 2.0 Release Announced
A valuable project management tool, CHAprojects project collaboration website Version 2.0 is officially released.
Version 2.0 upgrades include:
- Online viewing of AutoCad or Microstation CAD files via CAD viewer plug-ins is included—users without CADD software can now view CAD files.
- Improved administrative management area
- Administrator-adjustable user status (active or inactive) to accomodate personnel changes and optimize number of users
- Administrator interface for email notification management
- Online file archiving incorporated into the administrator's management tools
October 2000 - Project Collaboration Website Launched
Albany, NY (October 16, 2000) Clough Harbour & Associates announces the launch of CHAProjects.com, a powerful project management tool. CHAProjects is a project collaboration website (PCW), offering integrated project and workflow management in a web-based environment.
This real time repository of data and files related to specific projects, efficiently categorizes a variety of project file including: CAD files; Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Access files; and digital photos.
Created as a method in which clients can greatly increase the ease in which they communicate with project managers, engineers, contractors, designers, architects and other project team members. CHAProjects incorporates convenient email functionality; capable of notifying specific team members when a file or design is created or revised, greatly decreasing the turnaround time on important design decisions.
