CHA offers an intensive Project Management Training Program for prospective and current project managers in the firm. This two-year program encompasses valuable training and management techniques including budgeting, scheduling, scoping, utilizing technology to reduce project costs and other important skills. The program is designed to pass the knowledge and skills of our senior level staff to junior employees.
